Lynn Lehman is a Senior Learning Analyst at Corporate University Xchange.
 
Corporate University Xchange (CorpU) is the leading provider of corporate university research, benchmarking, and advisory services for helping organizations transform corporate learning. Founded in 1997, the aim of CorpU research and services is to maximize corporate investments in training and development to deliver improved business results. The company's benchmarking studies and annual awards programs set the standards for the learning industry.
 
Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Gettysburg College and a Master of Education degree in Training and Development from the Pennsylvania State University. In the last 10 years in the performance improvement field, she has provided hundreds of hours of training, consulting and coaching in such diverse areas as transition management, human growth and development, computer skills, team building, crisis management, conflict resolution, giving & receiving feedback and performance evaluation systems. A few large-scale performance improvement programs she has developed include certification programs, new employee orientation programs, computer-based 360-degree feedback system, supervision and leadership development programs, and organization-wide ongoing learning systems.

Lynn currently holds membership status in the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and has earned the CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) certification through ASTD. She is currently working on her second master's degree, a M.S. in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University.
